This track is too good to not post about!
I was trolling the bandcamp recently sold feed and this synthpop cover of The Beatles "Eleanor Rigby" popped up. I clicked it thinking "Why not?"
I'm not going to say GUNSHIP has made the song their own but I have now listened to it twice and would enjoy listening to it again. The syth treatment of the music makes it more sad than the original. ''Sad" in a sit inside on a rainy day and stare out the window sort of way. Kind of like having seen very few friends and family for six months.
Sad music can help you feel better, it's science. If you are missing your people or just want to hear an excellent cover of a classic tune, click the thing and give it a listen.
